I guess the title lends itself to an entirely different meaning. My bad. Anyway, I downloaded GIMP 2.2 (the stable version) for shits and giggles and I must say I am impressed. It's a free "Image Manipulation Program" that is free to use and open source. Personally, it does everything (that I tried anyway...) that Photoshop does. If you can't afford PS, give GIMP a try.

Man, this sounds like a commercial.

I took a tatto design concept (Angel) and colored it in GIMP and above is the final result. There are a lot of things about GIMP I like very much. Thanks for peeping.

It's sad you don't use Gimp any more, it's a really great tool. I presume you got Photoshop?

Thanks! I haven't used GIMP for a long time and I have been thinking of uninstalling it but the vector options it has is so cool. Nah, I think I'll keep it.

Good Move, Gimp (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is still kinda cool.
I also have Gimp Portable on an SD card.^^ lolz My Bro is excellent with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and CS4, he plans to do Graphic Design in College.^^
(His Win Vista PC runs Ps CS4, and I think he installed CS3 on my Mom's Notebook) I'm not that great with Image Manipulation, I understand Text Layers, but that's it.^^

Gimp is great really

Do you know what is the GPS gimp project? it is a pack to paint more comfortable in gimp. it is not a plug in. and works in all OS and all gimp versions, want to know more about it. just type "gimp GPS" in google or visit my blog.

Thanks for the link and for taking the time to comment! I haven't heard of GPS. Truthfully I don't use GIMP much at all anymore but I do like a lot of the features. I should bust it open again and doodle some. GIMP needs some love.
