Last Day of August...

Thu Sep 10, 2009, 11:08 PM
A few days ago, I finished the illustrations on my third and latest book. I just did the art, the story was translated from an old tribal story told by one of our elders. I thought it came out pretty good, even if I say so myself, though it got rushed towards the end. It was a looong project basically started three years ago, then shelved, later dusted off, again shelved, and dusted off and so on. But finally... it's all done and now I'll be moving right in to the next project, another book.

My computer issues have been solved, although y'all might have already noticed. My CD-ROM was dead so it must have been drawing more power from the power supply or something. One day, my computer exploded (...more like a loud pop and a flash) and in my smoke filled room, my computer died. Or shall I say, my power supply burnt out. I quickly found a replacement and now I am up and running again. Things work better now that I left the CD-ROM disconnected. I am so lucky my motherboard and hard drives are still in working order. Got to upgrade my whole system one day.

Here's hopin'!

I want to give a thanks to everyone who's still dropped by my page, fav'd some art, left great comments, and simply just took a look around. Many, many thanks! Cheers!
